The process for us to buy an RV in Colorado was complicated because we live in Wyoming. Eric guided us through the process so it was easy. He was in direct contact with our bank so we didn't need to be the middle man. When we arrived in Colorado to purchase it Eric took us through every inch of the RV explaining each feature. He even took us for a drive in it and had us drive it while he was still present so we could feel confident in driving it back to Wyoming. We were able to be almost certain we were going to buy it without even seeing it because he posted over 90 pictures and a video of it on his website.

After reading many positive reviews, we chose Eric to list our 2015 Winnebago Vista 27N motor home in January, of all months! He never flinched. We loved his business model and knew he would rigorously price, advertise, play coach and advisor to both us and any potential buyer. Five weeks later, we found the right buyer for our rig through Eric's expertise in weeding out any less serious or unqualified inquiries. Today we closed and again, he was a champion in making that happen as we unbelievably forgot to bring the title to closing and he met us back home to then meet up with the buyer and officially close the deal. I was looking for an RV to purchase, I looked at several web sites and I found one that was of interest to me. The web site took me to nextstepprosales.com, there is where I came across Eric LaRowe. I have to say that was the best thing that I could have done, he was a representative for the seller of a private party for the RV that I was looking at possibly buying. He went out of his way to inform me about the RV. I met Eric at the RV lot and he and the seller showed me everything about the RV. I could not get to my bank that day so with the help from Eric, he was able set up and find the time (after hours) to make the financial exchange for purchasing the RV. Eric walked both the seller and I through the title exchange and sales agreement. He could not have made it any easier to purchase a large ticked item like this.
