Eric helped me sell my Greyhawk and it was a wonderful experience! I was intimidated by the thought of selling it on my own due to the value of the rig and not having the time or energy to deal with people who were not serious. Once I contacted Eric, he took over and helped with recommendations for a cleaner and for where to store it so he could handle showings. He is also very knowledgeable about the market and helped us price the rig since it was so unique. I strongly believe we netted more from the sale even after the fee than we would have gotten had we done it ourselves, due to the help preparing it for sale, pricing it, and his extensive marketing. Plus, he made a stressful process fun and was very reassuring from start to finish.
